General Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made by PREVENTEX on its website and through its distribution channels. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the PREVENTEX website. Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, photographs, descriptions, and prices are not contractually binding and may be changed without notice.

3. Order

To place an order, the customer must complete the quote request form available on the website. The order will only be considered accepted after confirmation from PREVENTEX.

4. Price

Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams and include all applicable taxes. PREVENTEX reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by the method agreed upon at the time of ordering. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and geographic area. PREVENTEX undertakes to inform the customer in the event of a delay.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, they must inform PREVENTEX in writing and return the products in their original condition.

8. Warranty

All products sold by PREVENTEX are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity, the customer must inform PREVENTEX within a reasonable time.

9. Liability

PREVENTEX cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold. PREVENTEX's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Modification of the conditions

PREVENTEX reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
